One-Time Setup Fee

There is a one-time setup fee for the initial configuration of CRMs and all necessary tools. This fee is non-refundable as it covers the comprehensive setup and integration of our software and services to ensure optimal performance and functionality from the start.

Subscription Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team at support@skylomdigitals.co.uk or by calling our dedicated support line. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the following month.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If you are on an annual subscription, you can cancel your plan before the next billing cycle. We offer a prorated refund based on the remaining time in your annual subscription period.
  • Refund Scope: Refunds will be issued for the monthly subscription charges related to the use of our tools and platforms.
  • Exclusion of Third-Party Charges: Refunds do not cover charges incurred due to third-party services integrated with our platform, such as SMS charges, call charges, and email charges.

  • Utilize Free Trials: We offer free trials for most of our solutions for upto 7 days. Take advantage of these trials to fully explore the features and determine if they meet your business needs before committing to a paid subscription.

  • All Fees in USD: All SkyLoom Digitals pricing is quoted and charged in US Dollars (USD).
  • Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to your use of our solutions.

No Refunds for Completed Services:

Please note that our refund policy applies only to active subscriptions. We do not offer refunds for services that have been fully delivered or completed, including website design, SEO implementation, marketing campaigns, and other customized solutions provided outside of our standard offerings.
